The Eastern Caribbean Supreme Court ("ECSC") maintains this site (the "Site") for access to its services related to credit card payments for E-Litigation Portal escrow accounts. Access to and use of this Site are subject to the terms and conditions set forth below.

[6] Requests for a Refund/ Return/ Cancellation of any payments made to the ECSC on the Site can be sent to the ECSC Accounts Department using the e-mail address accounts@eccourts.org or contact can be made via telephone at 758-457-3600.


[7] For direct and real-time top-up via the use of debit or credit card when a Legal Practitioner logs into his/her ELP account, there is a 4% bank charge and an EC$2.00 administration charge which is deducted from the transaction amount.


[8] ECSC may, from time to time, revise and modify the Web Site Terms of Use. You agree that your continued access and use of this Site shall bind you to any new terms or conditions.
